Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350. Fill ramekins bottom with parchment.
2. Combine chocolate and butter, melt on low heat.
3. Whisk together egg yolks with half of sugar til thick.
4. Stir chocolate into egg yolk mixture.
5. Separately whisk egg whites until thick. Add sugar gradually.
6. Fold meringue into chocolate mixture.
7. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in water bath, 30 mins.
8. Remove, cool 10 mins.
9. Cut around edges, invert cake. Serve with Coffee Cream Anglaise.
