Add the chocolate and evaporated milk to a sauce pot. Melt the chocolate over low heat stirring constantly with spatula. When the chocolate is melted, transfer to fondue pot. Light candle, using fondue forks allow guest to dip fruits and enjoy.
Variation: Substitute some of the evaporated milk for a liqueur of your choice. Or add some lightly toasted sliced almonds.
