Mix marshmallows, walnuts, and chocolate syrup and let stand. Cream well the butter and powdered sugar. Add egg yolks one at a time and beat well after each addition. Mix in vanilla. Stir in chocolate/marshmallow mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into chocolate mixture. Sprinkle half the graham crackers on bottom of 9x13 pan. Pour chocolate mixture over and top with remaining crackers. Place in fridge and let stand at least 12 hours before serving.
