Frosting
In a large microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate on High for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Cool 5 minutes.
Add sugar, butter, and vanilla.
Gradually add milk beating constantly with mixer on low speed until well blended.
If too thick, beat in additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until you reach desired thickness.
Enough for 24 cupcakes, top and sides of one 9x13 cake or two 9 inch rounds.
