Suggest a better descriptionMelt chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water. Stir in confectioners sugar, 1/4 at a time, alternating with tbsp. of the water. Add as much remaining water as necessary to make a glaze that pours nicely. Remove pan from heat. Stir in butter and when melted, spoo over cake.
