Grease 4 20cm sandwich tin , with fry light line bases with parchment
Heat Guinness, butter and coffee together in a large pan over medium heat until butter has melted, remove from heat and stir in sugar and cocoa then creme fraiche, eggs and seeds, add flours, and baking powder give a good mix. Divide into tins, bake 18 mins .
Mix jam with 3 tbsp hot water until blended,
Filling
Beat cream cheese, sour cream, icing sugar, and seeds in bowl cover and put in fridge till needed.
Once cakes are cooked spread over a 1/4 of jam on each cake then leave to cool in tin, once cooled remove from tins spread with filling then stack, put blackberries on top.
