Mom's recipe
Mix butter and flour to form soft ball. Pat in bottom os 9x13 pan. Can add pecans to this. Bake 15 min @ 375?. When crust is cool, combine cream cheese, sugar and 1 c. whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust. Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions. Cool. Spread evenly over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining topping over pudding. Sprinkle w/nuts. Chill 24 hours. Cut into squares.
