When smooth, add the sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, and melted chocolate. Stir well to combine. Gently fold in the walnuts. Pour the batter into an 8x11-inch nonstick baking pan. Spread the mint jelly evenly overtop, lightly pushing into the batter. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into 2-inch squares.
