Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Lightly grease a 9" round pan.
2. Melt chocolate I'm double boiler. Add coffee and mix well. Allow to cool.
3. Using electric mixer on high, beat egg yolks for 5 minutes. Add sugar, chocolate mixture, vanilla, and salt.
4. In a separate bowl, with clean beaters, beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold whites into yolk mixture.
Pour half the batter into the pan. Refrigerate remaining batter.
6. Bake for 25 minutes. Don't overbake. Remove from oven andbcool completely.
7. When cake is cool, spread reserved batter over the cake. Freeze until firm. Defrost slightly before cutting into wedges and serving.
