Melt chocolate & cool. Whip cream, set aside. Whip whites till soft peaks, add sugar and continue till stiff peaks form. Add 1/4 cup of the whipped cream to the chocolate and beat well. (quickly and vigorously)
Add chocolate cream mixture to whites followed by remaining cream. Chill.
