Suggest a better descriptionMelt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Boil water and pour into a small bowl. Place large bowl with chocolate pieces on top of small bowl and turn on low heat.
Pour hot water onto the melted chocolate and mix together.
Add the double cream and wisk until fully combined.
Pour mixture into serving bowls and allow time to set in fridge.
Can be served with whipped cream, or eaten before fully set.
