Chop up chocolate.
Melt butter, and when frothing remove from heat and stir in chocolate until it is melted.
Mix in the egg yolks one at a time. Stir well.
Beat egg whites until very stiff and fold through chocolate mixture.
Stir cream through.
Chill for as long as possible.
