For brownie cake:
Melt the chocolate and let cool slighty. Heat up 60ml of the cream and sugar until disolved and bloom the gelatine. Add to the chocolate. Whip the remaining cream. Stir 1/4 into the mixture and gradually fold in the rest.
No gelatine:
Melt the chocolate. Whisk cocoa and hot water together and add to the chocolate. Whip the cream, icing sugar and vanilla to medium peaks. Fold into the chocolate.
