Easy chocolate cornflake crunchy cookies
1. Place the butter and chocolate in a saucepan with the golden syrup. Slowly melt over a low heat, stirring. When blended, remove from the heat and mix with the cornflakes.
2. Place some small paper cake cases on a tray. Fill each one with a heaped tablespoon of the mixture. Place mini eggs on top. Put in fridge to set.
