Stir sugar, chocolate, salt. Add milk and stir until all is wet. Add butter. Cook on high (small burner). Stir consistently until boiling. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat immediately and add peanut butter. Then add oats. Drop on wax paper or tin foil. Let cool
