Assemble all dry ingredients in large ingredient bowl except cocoa and mix. Put all wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl with cocoa and mix completely until eggs are mixed into batter. Add Dry ingredients gradually until all dry ingredients are moist. Pan in a 2" greased and floured sheet pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees (325 convection) for 40 to 50 minutes rotating pan at 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool and Frost with cream cheese frosting.
