1. Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler.
2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange extract, vanilla in mixer until smooth.
3. Pour melted chocolate over mixture. Blend until smooth.
4. Dip with 70 scoop. Refrigerate.
5. When cold roll to smooth. Coat with nuts, cocoa, coconut or dip in chocolate coating.
