Combine 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter in large bowl; microwave, stirring occasionally, until melted, 1 to 3 minutes. Gently fold in 2 & 1/2 cups cornflakes until evenly coated. Drop heaping tablespoons of mixture onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet and garnish with mini rainbow nonpareils (or colored sprinkles). Refrigerate until set, 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 20.
