Peanut butter pie with chocolate ganache
Heat oven to 350. In medium mixing bowl stir graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar till mixed well. Press mix into 9inch glass pie plate. Bake 10 mins. Let cool then fill pie crust.
Put soften 8tbs butter, 1 1/2 c peanut butter and 1c powdered sugar in a bowl in large mixing bowl. Beat on low until smooth and creamy. Spoon mix onto crust into smooth layer and put in freezer.
Place chocolate chips and 2 tbs peanut butter in in large heat proof bowl. In sauce pan bring heavy creamy to rolling simmer. Pour cream over chocolate chips and peanut butter and let sit 5 mins. Whisk until completely smooth. Pour chocolate layer over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate covered for min 1 hour before serving.
