Mix cake mix, oil and eggs.
Roll into balls
Place pecan half on cookie sheet then place cake ball ontop.
Bake 350? for 10 minutes.
Take out of oven and place half of marshmellow on top then place in oven until melted.
After cookie cools ice with melted almond bark.,
Variation
At Christmas you can find peppermint marshmellows use those instead of plain and ice with white or chocolate almond bark
then sprinkle peppermint candy on top.
