Suggest a better descriptionLine 13x9 in baking pan with heavy-duty foil or parchment paper, extending about 1 in above sides of pan. Press cookies dough evenly onto bottom of pan. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes; spread chocolate evenly over crust. In large bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients except pecans until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour over crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Loosen edges from foil. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. use foil to lift out of pan. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
