Whisk flour and cocoa powder together
Use a hand mixer to beat the coconut sugar, butter, applesauce, vanilla until creamy
Add dry to wet and stir until combined well
Add milk if needed to help dough form
Fold in peppermint and chocolate chips
Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes
Let cookies cool for 15 minutes
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and dip the top of the cookie in it
Sprinkle with peppermint candy and enjoy
