Peppermint Brownies.

Preheat oven to 350F (glass pan 325F). Grease a 9x13 pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together instant chocolate pudding and brownie mix. Add eggs, oil and water; stir until blended.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 20 to 23 minutes. Cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted white chips and frosting; add confectioners sugar and peppermint extract; mix until smooth.
Frost cooled brownies and sprinkle with crushed peppermints. Cut and serve.
