Chocolate and peppermint fudge layers get a fun twist from the Oreo cookies on top and hidden inside the fudge. This fudge will stand out on any cookie tray this holiday season.
Line an 8x8 pan with foil.
Stir together the dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat until melted and creamy.
Stir in the marshmallow cream completely. Let cool 4-5 minutes. Quickly stir in the Oreo cookie chunks and pour into prepared pan.
Place the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a clean sauce pan.
At the same time, place the Andes peppermint chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in another sauce pan.
Place both pans over medium heat and continue to stir both pans until melted and creamy.
Add the marshmallow cream to both pans and stir again.
Drop the white chocolate fudge and peppermint fudge by spoonfuls on top of the chocolate fudge layer. Make sure you alternate the fudge flavors for a better pattern.
After you have finished spooning the 2 fudge flavors into the pan, gently swirl with a knife. Make sure you do not push the knife all the way to the bottom of the pan. You want to just swirl the 2 top flavors and leave the chocolate fudge alone.
Let the fudge set slightly before pushing the mini Oreo cookies into the top of the fudge. Cut into 36 squares after it sets completely.
