When looking for that great homemade taste and cost savings these protein bars do both and photo is of a pan uncut
Preheat oven 350 degrees
In food processor with blade add oats and pulse till oats become flour
In large mixing bowl add oat flour , whole oats. Cinnamon and protein powder and mix well set aside
In a second smaller bowl mash bananas add peanut butter, honey, egg whites and milk mix well
Now mix the wet with the dry bowl ingredients until well incorporated then mix in chocolate chips and Rice Cereal.
Place mixture on a greased 9X13 quarter sheet tray bake for 15mins. or until set
Remove from oven let cool then cut into 16 bars wrap in foil and enjoy!!!!
