Mix first 4 ingredients & press with a fork into a 9"x13" pan and bake @ 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
Beat next 3 ingredients until smooth & spread over cooled crust. Beat pudding with milk & spread over cream cheese mixture. Cover all with whipped topping & refrigerate. optional: Sprinkle shaved chocolate on top
