Prepare a 13 by 9 inch baking dish by spraying it with non stick cooking spray. Set aside. In a medium to large pot, melt the butter over medium to low/medium heat. Once butter is melted add the vanilla. Add chocolate marchmallows and stir frequently until the marshmallows are completely melted. Add the semisweet chocolate morsels and again stir until completely melted. Take the chocolate mixture off the heat. Add the cocoa rice krispys into the chocolate mixture and stir until coated. Place the finishing product into the baking dish and pat down evenly using some parchment paper. Let cool completely then cut into squares and enjoy! Keep stored in an air tight container.
