Soak raisins in scotch.
Melt chocolate in water over double boiler. Stir in butter bit by bit till smooth. Beat yolks with sugar till creamy. Stir into chocolate.
Add flour, almonds, raisins/whisky. Mix gently.
Beat whites till stiff, not dry. Fold by thirds into chocolate. Deflate as little as possible.
Bake @ 20 minutes.
Cake should pull away from sides but be moist in center. Ganache when cool.
