This is a wonderful pie! So easy to make
1. Line unpricked pastry shell with a double thickness of aluminum foil.
Bake at 450 for 8 minutes. remove foil and bake 5 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
2 Meanwhile, in a heavy saucepan, combine the marshmellow creme, chocolate chips, butter, unsweetned chocolate and coffee,
Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, Cool. Fold in whipped cream, pour into crust.
3. For topping in large bowl, beat creme until it begins to thicken. Add condection sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. Spread over filling Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Garnish with chocolate curls.
4. for quick chocolate curls...use vegetable pealor and warm up chocolate bar.
