Prepare ramekin with melted butter and sugar
Combine butter, flour and milk into rue. Combine with partially melted chocolate. Add salt and the egg yolk. Mix to combine.
Add lemon drops to egg whites and whip into stiff peaks. Add 40% of eggs whites to the batter and combine. Add remaining 60% of egg whites and fold until white is gone.
Fill ramekin to the lip and bake for 14 minutes on a lined baking sheet.
