Created by Susan. Use the sweet tart crust recipe from cook's illustrated as base.
Use Cook's lllustrate Classic Sweet Tart Pastry and follow directions to blind bake.
Spray an 8" tart pan with removable bottom.
Toast walnut, watching carefully so you do not burn.
Melt butter with whipping cream, chocolate. Stir in 1 Tablespoon grand marnier liqueur and 1 tsp vanilla.
Spread walnuts over crust and spread chocolate mix over this. Chill. Serve after sitting for 15 minutes.
Serve with raspberries, ice cream and whipping cream.
