Dairy, gluten and added sugar free
1. Put 2 cups of oil-seed to food processor, add a pinch of salt and start work it till crumby.
2. Add 1 cup of raisins (or preferred dried fruit) and 1 ts vanilla extract, continue to work the "butter" till it's texture gets smooth, but not too tender.
3. With one hand gently press the "crust" to a pie pan. Toss to the freezer. (Depending on the size of your pan, the butter will or will not be enough to reach the top of the edge, but it's ok, at the end the pie wont feather.)
4. In an other (or in washed) bowl of a food processor start to blend 1cup raisins, 1 1/2 cup oil-seeds, juice from 4 and zest from 1 orange and 2 bananas. Work the butter till smooth and thick.
5. Put the orange flavored butter on your pie, spread it evenly and put back into the freezer.
6. For chocolate cream put avocado slices with 1 ts vanilla extract and the cocoa into a bowl and mill with a hand blender till smooth.
7. On steam or in the microwave melt the chocolate and add to the avocado cream. Put into the freezer for 10 minutes.
8. Take out booth the pie pan and the bowl from the freezer, apply the avocado cream on top of the orange cream.
9. Put the raw pie into the fridge for at least 5 hours but better leave it there for a night.
