Dice meat and brown well.
Place onions and celery in pressure cooker. add meat and 1 cup of water and pressure for 10 minutes at 10lb pressure. Let pressure go down normally. Add juice of 2 cans of bean sprouts, 2 T soy sauce and 2-4 T of bean molasses and stir. Mix 3 T corn starch and water (not sure how much) to a boil and add bean sprouts
