Heat oil in a pan and brown mince, celery and onion
Add wistashire sauce
Make up the chicken noodle soup according to the packet directions
Add the soup to the mince mixture.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid catching to the pan
Add carrot and cabbage and simmer for a further 8 minutes or untill cabbage is cooked.
Serve with swirly noodles.
