Easy one pot meal for the whole family
Make chicken noodle soup as per packet in a large saucepan. Add mince and curry powder and stir. Let cook for 10 minutes. Add cabbage and stir in. Leave for a few minutes to reduce. Add tinned pineapple and all other vegetables. Let simmer for further 5-8 minutes.
Prep all the vegetables first into bowls ready to add. If it looks too watery you can add more noodles or a few tablespoons of rice. Snow peas are optional. Can use beef mince.
