1) Chop pepper and cook lightly in pan until soft. Slice chorizo into bits, cook if necessary.
2) Grease 4 ramekins, or small oven safe bowls?
3) Crack eggs into containers and season with salt n pepper.
4) Bake 12-15 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees.
