Suggest a better descriptionAllumer le four th.7 (200°C). Casser le chocolat en morceaux dans une casserole et faire fondre à feu doux avec un peu d’eau. Retirez du feu. Casser les oeufs et les incorporer au chocolat fondu, remuer puis incorporer la farine et le sucre. Verser le mélange « un peu liquide » dans un moule à cake en silicone (sinon dans un moule beurré) et faire cuire au four pendant 15 min environ. Surveiller la cuisson en plongeant la pointe d’un couteau dans le gâteau, le chocolat doit un peu accrocher à la lame. Sortir le gâteau et le laisser refroidir
