My nannas yummy Jaffa cake recipe
Preheat oven to 180
Grease and line large pan with baking paper
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each egg
Add sifted dry ingredients, fold in gently
Divide mixture evenly into 2 bowls
Add milk and cocoa into one bowl and mix in
Add rind and orange juice into other bowl and mix in
Spoon mixture into cake pan, alternating colors (large dollops). 2nd layer of mixture - continue to alternate colors.
Smooth over with spatula then use a skewer to lightly swirl through mixture to get the marble effect. Do not over swirl!
Bake at 180 or until cooked ยง9skewer comes out clean).
