Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, beat butter and Cheddar cheese using lowest speed of an electric mixer until well blended. Add flour, chives, caraway seed, steak sauce, and cayenne. Mix until a soft dough forms.
On a lightly floured surface, use a floured rolling pin to roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Use a tree-shaped cookie cutter to cut out crackers.
Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle salt over crackers.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crackers are light brown.
Cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
