Melt the margarine in a small pot and add the condensed milk to it. Remove from heat.
Crush the digestive biscuits.
Add the biscuit, drinking chocolate and coconut to the pan and mix well.
Roll the mixture into small pudding shapes.
Place a little melted chocolate and a small piece of cherry on the top of each pudding.
Chill the puddings.
