Great to make for Christmas Eve.
Bring water to a boil (separate pots with tsp salt for each fish).
Boil shrimp 5 minutes.
Boil Scungili 3 minutes.
Boil squid 10 minutes (cut squid into rings with scissors before boiling).
After fish is cooked, cut shrimp and scungili into bite sized pieces.
Add fish to mixing bowl with parsley, garlic, celery, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Toss together with salt and pepper to taste.
Keep refrigerated and serve cold.
