Suggest a better description1. Brown ground beef lightly in oil; add onion and celery and cook until onion is yellow and celery is soft. 2. Add beans, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapenos and spaghetti and seasoning; place in a 9 1/2 x 13-inch casserole. 3. Bake at 350F until hot and bubbly. 4.
