preheat oven to 200/fan oven 180
place the first 6 ingredients in a lidded pan bring to the boil ,cover and then simmer for 10 mins string once or twice
bring a saucepan of water to the boil and add the pasta. bring back to the boil and cook for 9 mins or 1 min less than stated on the packet so the pasta still has a little bite
meanwhile heat a non stick frying pan ,spray with oil and fry the sausage chunks and onion with the rosemary and chili for 5-6 mins over a medium heat until starting to colour
drain the pasta and mix with the sausage mix,the tomato sauce and the stock. transfer to an ovenproof dish and scatter the mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
bake in the oven for 20 mins untill bubbling and brown
