Slice ciabatta bread and lay out on cookie sheet
Place ham on top part of sliced bread and the turkey on bottom part of sliced bread
Broil until meat is cooked and steaming
Remove cookie sheet, placing asiago cheese on top of ham and the havarti on top of the turkey
Place back in the oven and broil until cheese is melted
Remove and top with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato
Put sandwich ends together and serve
