Chorizo tapas
Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet and sauté the garlic over medium heat until golden, about 2 minutes.
Add the chorizo and sauté about 2 minutes.
Add the cider, red pepper flakes, and black pepper to taste and bring to a boil
Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the cider is reduced by half, about 10 minutes.
Transfer to a platter and serve warm, with toothpicks.
