Nice rice side dish to compliment your favorite main dish.
1. Heat oil and sauté onions until lucent.
2. Add Garlic stir until fragrant about 30 seconds.
3. Add Kosher Salt, lime zest, lime juice, and Chicken Broth. Bring to a boil.
4. Once boiling, remove from heat, add rice and cover. Wait 5 minutes.
5. Mix in chopped cilantro and serve.
