In marked gallon freezer bag, layer all ingredients. Zip bag closed.
When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge for 24 hours. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
Serve with tortillas and toppings (sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and cheese) or serve over rice (which is the way I serve).
I also add more fresh cilantro just prior to serving.
Tip: Depending on juiciness of different foods added, you may need to add just a small amount of other liquid. This is not a soup but more of a 'sauce' consistency.
