This is the Skyline type chili found in Cincinnati. It's pretty spicy and really good. It is served over spaghetti with toppings. The spices make it different from spaghetti as most people know it.
Use 1/2 cup mix for 1 recipe of Cincinnati Chili (8 servings)
Do not brown meat. Cook just until no longer pink. Add the tomato sauce, vinegar and chili mix and simmer for about 30 minutes. You may need to add water to thin down the sauce to the consistency you prefer.
I cut the recipe in half for two people. Leftovers are great on hot dogs!!
