A 3-meat meatloaf with just a hint of spice.
Saute chopped vegetables in small amount of olive oil until soft. Turn off heat and immediately add cumin, sage, paprika, mustard powder, salt & pepper.
Beat together egg, tomato sauce, Worchestershire sauce & Harissa sauce.
Mix together well the ground meats, cooled vegetable mixture, egg mixture, and bread crumbs.
Shape into a loaf and bake in shallow pan at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
Spoon glaze over meatloaf for last 15 minutes of baking.
Glaze:
Mix all ingredients together in a small pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon over meatloaf and finish baking.
