Suggest a better descriptionIn a medium saucepan over medium heat, add cranberry juice, cranberries, cinnamon, & sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 min. Add apples & cook until both have softened.
Remove 8 oz of liquid and make a cornstarch slurry. Slowly add back in, stirring constantly, and cook additional 5 min.
Remove from heat, pour into a serving bowl, and chill before servinh.
Chopping cranberries will reduce cooking time, and you can actually put them and the apples in at the same time.
